Leaves a Trace

With Alicia Ongay Perez

Looking for a creative way to celebrate Merton this August?

Join local artist Alicia Ongay-Perez for a free crafting and decorating ceramics workshop. Together, you will create a unique collection of handmade plates, celebrating our rich botanical diversity.

What you will do:

  • Choose between botanical imprinting or sgraffito illustration techniques.
  • Be guided to make, decorate and glaze your own unique plate.
  • Collect your kiln-fired piece from the library shortly after the workshop.
  • Have the exciting option of featuring your work in a follow-up library exhibition
